The ASCPHDC114 is a Double Up Notch Combination Tool and is designed for 1-1/4" (32mm) Steel Strapping at thicknesses of .024"(.61mm) to .035"(.90mm). The maximum tension is 2000 lbs at 90 PSI.

The ASCPHDC114 is a great tool for hot coil applications as it is designed to lock onto the strapping. Once the motor is engaged, it walks up the strapping to tension. Operator then presses a single button to seal and cut.
Special Order for 1-1/4" (32mm) x .044" (1.12mm) HT also available.
This tool uses 803 Seals and weighs around 40 lbs (18kg). This tool can be combined with our ASCTB6 tool balancer for easier use and to help protect your tool.
