    The ASC109HD is a dual duty strapping cart dispenser that handles either plastic strapping coils (6"x16" core) or steel strapping coils (3"x16" core. The ASC109HD features a heavy duty roller strap brake, 8" HD wheels, and a tool tray. This strapping cart also features an extra thick steel tube to prolong cart life.
